THE EXCHANGE
The Exchange classes are held every Monday evening, starting with beginners classes at 6:30 pm, followed by improvers and intermediate classes at 7:30 pm. The evening wraps up with a free Latin Dance social starting at 9:00 pm.

Improver and intermediate levels are run as 90-minute Salsa and Bachata sessions, with all levels running simultaneously. These sessions include a mid-class break for mingling, making for an awesome night of dancing and fun!
